Refunds:
Once your return has arrived at our shipping warehouse, it will be processed. After inspection, the purchase price will be credited to you within 7 days. All enclosed samples/free gifts must also be returned.
Voluntary Return Guarantee:
Regardless of your right of withdrawal (14 days), you can return products within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are in unused and undamaged condition. If you make use of our voluntary return guarantee, please note that we will refund the purchase price of the item, but not the shipping costs of your purchase.
Exchanges:
An exchange of your goods is unfortunately not possible. Please place a new order for your desired item.
