How long does shipping take?

Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment. Delivery by DHL takes approx. 1-3 working days. Please note: For international shipments, delivery can vary between 3-7 working days.

What should I do if the product I want to buy is out of stock?

The best way to do this is to use our automatic notification system. Simply enter your email address for the respective product. You will be informed as soon as the product is available again.

Can I add products to my order after it's been placed?

Yes, simply send an email with your order number to: hello@lovemycosmetic.de. But be quick, orders are often processed on the same day.

How can I cancel an order?

Simply send a cancellation to hello@lovemycosmetic.de, stating your order number.

Can I return products?

Yes, please refer to our Refund Policy and Returns.

What to do if I haven't received an order confirmation?

Please check the spam folder of your email program. If you still haven't received an order confirmation, the email address you provided may be incorrect. Please contact us then: hello@lovemycosmetic.de

Can I also order from abroad?

Yes, our items can be shipped within the EU, Norway and Switzerland. Information regarding shipping etc. can be found in our shipping information.

Which products are right for me?

If you are unsure which products are suitable for your skin type, please feel free to send us an email with your request. Our expert staff will get back to you as soon as possible with advice. Our consultations are, of course, non-binding and free of charge for the customer.

Help, my product has expired?!

No need to panic, definitely not! We conduct inventory several times a year and check products for their shelf life. In Korea, the labeling of cosmetic products with manufacturing and expiration dates was changed in 2015.
