Shipping Conditions

We can only deliver our items within the EU, Norway and Switzerland. This service is provided from Hamburg.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 per order. Parcels are shipped exclusively via our shipping partner DHL; delivery to parcel lockers and post offices is also possible. 

We deliver free of charge for orders with a value of €39.99 or more.

Deliveries abroad:

For orders totalling €59 or more, we offer free delivery to Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

We ship free of charge to all European countries in Zone 1 and Zone 2 for orders with a value of €99 or more.

We charge the following shipping costs for deliveries abroad:

Austria (€6.95)

France (€7.95)

Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands (€6.95)

ZONE 1 (€11.95): Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic 

ZONE 2 (€12.95): United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Finland

ZONE 3 (€13.95): Lithuania, Croatia, Romania, Hungary, Cyprus, Latvia, Malta, Estonia, Portugal, Ireland, Bulgaria, Greece

ZONE 3 Non-EU (€15.95): Switzerland, Norway

Delivery time

Unless a different period is stated in the item description, delivery within Germany takes place within 1–3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5–7 days of order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Delivery period

The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution, or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends upon expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
