Thanks to the extra large size of the patches (30mm x 60mm), even larger pimples and problem areas are easily covered, and the affected area is protected from external influences. The patches adhere firmly to the skin and provide an optimal environment for pimple healing. At the same time, they prevent bacteria from entering the pore, thus preventing a worsening of the condition. The niacinamide contained can help to brighten and reduce colored post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. You can simply apply the patch to the affected area and wear it discreetly under makeup or overnight. It is invisible and feels comfortable on the skin.

The Cosrx Master Patch X-Large is a hydrocolloid patch that reduces inflammation and seals pimples airtight. It is suitable for oily, blemish-prone, and sensitive skin and is particularly useful for larger pimples and areas with blemishes.

Active ingredients

For orders over €99, we ship free of charge to all European countries in Zone 1 and Zone 2.

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, goods are delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany, and within 5 - 7 days for international deliveries, after order confirmation (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery Period
For advance payments, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
