The Medicube Zero Exosome Shot 2000 is an innovative skincare product based on the principles of microneedling, offering intensive daily at-home care.
With a unique formula of 15 million patented exosomes and micro-fine, needle-like spicules, it delivers active ingredients directly into the pores. It helps the skin develop a refined complexion, strengthen the skin barrier, and give it a healthy glow.
The exosomes contained are enriched with valuable peptides, amino acids, glutathione, and vitamins, which give the skin vitality and energy. The exosome-coated spicules (Hydrolyzed Sponge) penetrate the top layer of the skin, enabling particularly effective care for pores and skin structure. AHA, BHA, and PHA also provide gentle exfoliation by loosening dead skin cells. Niacinamide strengthens the skin barrier and provides moisture, while panthenol has a soothing effect and supplies the skin with additional moisture.
Thanks to the targeted combination of powerful active ingredients, the Zero Exosome Shot 2000 is suitable for all skin types – from dry to oily to sensitive skin. It is particularly helpful for blemishes, blackheads, excessive sebum production, enlarged pores, and uneven skin texture.
The clinically tested formula is non-comedogenic, low-irritant, and free of artificial colors. A slight tingling sensation may occur during application – a sign that the product is working effectively.

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, goods are delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany, and within 5 - 7 days for international deliveries, after order confirmation (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery Period
For advance payments, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
