The LADOR New-Plex Balancing Conditioner is a nourishing conditioner that smooths, protects, and adds new shine to your hair with a combination of moisturizing and strengthening plant extracts. With a nourishing blend of humectants and natural oils, it ensures your hair falls more easily, becomes softer, and looks visibly more vital.
The formulation combines betaine, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and camellia oil to intensely hydrate dry or damaged hair without weighing it down. At the same time, green tea, mulberry, and centella extracts support hair elasticity, making it appear more flexible and less prone to breakage. Botanical extracts such as chrysanthemum, pine, and honeysuckle extract provide additional smoothness, while mulberry extract smooths the hair, preserves its natural color intensity, and ensures a healthy shine. The light texture helps to gently detangle hair, making regular styling significantly more pleasant.
Especially if your scalp reacts dry or you are prone to dandruff, this conditioner supports a balanced oil-moisture balance and helps to pleasantly soothe the scalp. Due to the nourishing yet non-weighing ingredients, it is ideal if you want to gently cleanse, strengthen, and keep your hair supple at the same time.

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95 per order. Parcels are shipped exclusively with our shipping partner DHL; deliveries to packing stations and post offices are also possible.
For orders over €39.99, shipping is free.
International Deliveries:
For orders over €59, we ship free of charge to Austria.
For orders over €99, we ship free of charge to all European countries in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
We calculate international shipping costs as follows:

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, goods are delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany, and within 5 - 7 days for international deliveries, after order confirmation (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery Period
For advance payments, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
