The Dr. Althea Gentle Vitamin C Serum is a lightweight, moisturizing serum that visibly brightens the complexion and promotes a more even skin tone. It was specially developed for sensitive skin and for anyone looking to try a vitamin C product for the first time. With a gentle yet effective formula, it revitalizes dull skin, reduces dark spots, and provides a fresh, radiant glow – without feeling sticky or heavy on the skin.
At its core is Sea Buckthorn Fruit Extract (Hippophae Rhamnoides Fruit Extract), which makes up 20% of the formula and is naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. It helps the skin even out its tone and promotes natural radiance. Additionally, niacinamide ensures a more even complexion, reduces visible hyperpigmentation, and refines skin texture. Camellia Sinensis Leaf Water (Green Tea) soothes and refreshes the skin, while Allantoin and Bifida Ferment Filtrate nourish the skin and support its protective barrier.
A particular highlight is the Oil-Capsule System, which encapsulates moisturizing ingredients like Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride in tiny capsules and gently releases them upon application. This intensely hydrates the skin without making it feel greasy. Further ingredients such as 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, a stable form of vitamin C, and Adenosine help to smooth the skin and promote its vitality. The serum remains clear and stable – it does not tend to yellow, thus preserving its freshness down to the last drop.

International Deliveries:
For orders over €59, we ship free of charge to Austria.
For orders over €99, we ship free of charge to all European countries in Zone 1 and Zone 2.

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, goods are delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany, and within 5 - 7 days for international deliveries, after order confirmation (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery Period
For advance payments, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
