The Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner is a pH-neutral facial toner/tonic and should be used as the first step in your skincare routine, after cleansing. The mild and moisturizing toner from Klairs hydrates tired skin, leaving it looking fresh, radiant, and healthy. The toner is the ideal preparation for the subsequent skincare steps in your ideal skincare routine. The skin is lightly moistened, similar to a dry sponge, so that it can properly absorb moisture from the following products.

The first addition of moisture: The Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner hydrates and soothes sensitive skin after cleansing, ensuring a smooth skin texture while maintaining an optimal pH balance to aid the absorption of other products. With various plant extracts and soothing ingredients blended together for a calming formula, this mild and super-hydrating toner can also be used for sensitive skin. It prevents impurities and sustainably regulates sebum production.
Faster absorption, improved hydration: By adding more moisture, the skin achieves a healthier and more radiant look. The toner is formulated with intensely moisturizing ingredients that quickly penetrate the skin and simultaneously extend hydration by more than 20% compared to conventional toners with hyaluronic acid and beta-glucan. The product has a pH value of 5.

Even more moisturizing - a 4th generation formulation for moisture, Lipidure (Polyquaternium-51) Lipidure (Lipidure-PMB), a moisturizing additive newly added alongside hyaluronic acid and beta-glucan, is considered a fourth-generation moisturizer because it has higher moisture retention than beta-glucan. Try our new toner, which extends the duration of moisture retention by more than 20%.
The Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner is also naturally scented (6 natural scents). Experience a unique scent specially created for Klairs, consisting of a blend of natural oils instead of synthetic fragrances. Lavender, eucalyptus, geranium, lemon, orange, ylang-ylang, and a collection of various natural oils enhance stability and reduce irritation. A wonderfully natural scent.

We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95 per order. Parcels are shipped exclusively with our shipping partner DHL; deliveries to packing stations and post offices are also possible.
For orders over €39.99, shipping is free.
International Deliveries:
For orders over €59, we ship free of charge to Austria.
For orders over €99, we ship free of charge to all European countries in Zone 1 and Zone 2.

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, goods are delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany, and within 5 - 7 days for international deliveries, after order confirmation (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery Period
For advance payments, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
