Active ingredients of the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Aqua Gel Cream:
Hyaluronic Acid: Hyaluronic acid is a wonderful moisturizing active ingredient that helps lock moisture into your skin and keep it hydrated. It promotes skin elasticity and suppleness, leading to a youthful, radiant complexion.
Green Tea Extract: Green tea is rich in antioxidants that protect the skin from harmful environmental influences and strengthen its natural protective barrier. The extract also has soothing properties and helps reduce redness.
Aloe Vera Extract: Aloe Vera has moisturizing and soothing properties. It helps to calm the skin, relieve irritation and support the skin's natural healing.
Skullcap Root: The root has antimicrobial and antifungal properties (also against P. acnes and Malassezia furfur), as well as a certain skin-brightening effect.

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95 per order. Parcels are shipped exclusively with our shipping partner DHL; deliveries to packing stations and post offices are also possible.
For orders over €39.99, shipping is free.
International Deliveries:
For orders over €59, we ship free of charge to Austria.
For orders over €99, we ship free of charge to all European countries in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
We calculate international shipping costs as follows:

ZONE 1 (€11.95): Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic
ZONE 2 (€12.95): Great Britain, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Finland

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, goods are delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany, and within 5 - 7 days for international deliveries, after order confirmation (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery Period
For advance payments, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
